InfluxDays London 2020 Event Refund Policy

I have registered for InfluxDays, but the event has been changed to a digital experience, what should I do?

The health and safety of our community is top priority. In light of global health concerns due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), if we move to a digital experience, refunds will be issued to all event registrants.

Your payment will be refunded in the same form of payment as received. Our registration team will begin refunds automatically; this process may take several weeks. Contact the event manager, Petrina Cruz, if you have any questions.

Will the Flux training still be available as a digital experience?

Yes. We are working to change the format to provide the best digital hands-on experience for the Flux training. Check back on this page for program details to be posted soon. Please note that there will still be a reduced fee for the training and will be limited to 50 attendees to guarantee the best online classroom experience.

Will the current agenda still apply for the digital experience?

The dates will be moved to July 2020 and we will keep the list of speakers currently on the agenda. We are still working out how to conduct the training and keynote sessions (training will be held on a distinct day from the sessions).

If I already registered for the training, do I get a refund and then register again for the digital experience at the new fee of £250?

Refunds for the training will be automatically issued. If you are still interested in the digital form of the Flux training, you will have to register again.

Do I have to register for the virtual conference if I have already registered for the prior in-person format?

Refunds for the conference will be automatically issued. The keynote session in the digital format will be free to all who register, and we will be providing the registration link shortly.
