I can’t believe it has already been a month since our InfluxDays event in NYC. We had a brilliant time with our speakers, our developers, and you, the users of our fabulous open source projects! We have since posted the recordings of all the talks for you to watch at your leisure. One of the highlights for me was listening to two of our users—Colin Breck from Tesla and Rob Frohnapfel from Comcast. I recommend that you take a moment to listen to their talks!

Well, we are ready to do it all over again, but this time in London, UK! We will be kicking off the event with a talk from our Founder and CTO, Paul Dix. Paul will be talking about our new query engine, IFQL and the great progress that the team is making on building this functionality. This will be a good opportunity to understand why Paul chose to take this direction as well as participate in a hackathon the next day to dig right into the code with Paul and some of the other engineers that will be there.

InfluxDays is a 2-day event—the first is a full day of talks from industry experts and our users, and the second day is a set of hands-on workshops for those new to the TICK Stack as well as those who are more advanced with InfluxDB. The schedule is coming together nicely. However, we do have a few open slots available, so if you are interested in sharing your use case, I encourage you to submit your talk.

The event will be held at The Brewery, and special early registration tickets are currently available for only £125 until 6 April 2018. Join us—it is gonna be great!
